Chia and hemp Coffee Smoothie

- 1 Large Banana - 2 tblspns chia seeds

- 2 tblspns hemp hearts

- 2 -3 table spoons of instant coffee (more or less to your desired taste)

- 6 ice cubes

- scoop of your favorite protein powder

- 1-2 cups of your favorite liquid ( I personally like almond milk or cashew milk)

Put all ingredients in your blender and blend to desired consistency.

Put in a blender bottle or water bottle and enjoy a healthy, delicious jump start to your day.
