Chia Seed Pudding


- 2-3 tablespoons of Whole Chia Seeds

- 1/2 - 3/4 cup of Vanilla or Chocolate Almond Milk let sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours but over night is best. Add some chopped fruit in the morning and take it to go for a fiber, protein and omega-3 packed snack or dessert.

(I know my pictures arn't the prettiest as I always use to-go containers. I normally do 4-6 of these on Sunday or Monday night to keep in the fridge as an easy go-to)

May 19 - UPDATE This time I made this recipe a little bit differently: I put the almond milk with chunks of Mango in a blender and blended it together. Giving it a mango flavor. For both the Chocolate and Vanilla - I added Coconut flakes ( which is a nice little hint of sweetness) If you try this recipe and find out some more great options please e-mail them to me :)
