
-1 cup oatmeal
-1/2 - 3/4 cup peanut butter
-1/3 cup honey
-1 cup coconut flakes ( I left this out of mine this time and added Cinnamon)
-1/2 cup ground flax seed
-1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
-1 teaspoon Vanilla
- dried cranberries or blueberries
- hemp seed
- crushed pecans or walnuts
-chia seeds
the peanut butter is better if a little melted - you just mix everything together and then you chill it then you can cut it into squares or roll it into balls.
I have played with different ingredients/ variations of this recipe and they have all been good.
One of my favorite ways to eat this is to put it in a bowl with some chopped fresh fruit and almond milk - kind of like adult cereal.
