Shake, Shake, Shake it up


Papaya Panic - 1/4 of a large papaya cut into chunks

- 1 full banana

- 1 large apple cut into slices

- Watermelon chunks ( about 1 cup)

- 1 large avocado

- 1 Scoop Greens mix

- add your favorite protein powder

- 6 ice cubes

- 2-3 cups Liquid of your choice

This will make 2 large shakes

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until blended to the consistency you like.
