
Made about a cup and a half of potatoes
2 tea spoons olive oil
Sprinkle of salt
Sprinkle of black pepper
Dill Pickle Seasoning to taste - I used about a table spoon as i like them very flavored.
For the Dill Pickle seasoning - I bought it from The Silk Road - in Calgary Farmers Market
1. Pre-heat the oven to 400C
2.Cut potatoes to desired thickness
3. put all ingredients in a bowl and roll the potatoes in the mixture
4. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and put the pototoes on it so they are evenly spread out
5. Cook for 15 minutes on onside side
6. Flip pototoes over and cook atleast another 5 minutes - if your like me you will probably want to cook them for about another 10 so they are crispy
